Even before a child is born a family has to determine the answers to several questions. One of the most important questions is about vaccination and immunization. Harvey Pediatrics Practice follows the Center for Disease Control's recommnedate schedule for children. The CDC explains, "The recommended immunization schedule is designed to protect infants and children early in life, when they are most vulnerable and before they are exposed to potentially life-threatening diseases."
Our practice understands that for some families the idea of immunization can be difficult. There are significant amounts of misinformation and opinions on the subject. Our educated medical professionals are here to help you understand the importance of each vaccine and what they mean. We hope if you are in Northwest Arkansas and looking for a care provider you will consider us.
Here is a great resource to create a schedule for your family's heath.
